Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with receipt.

• Video games, accessories, and consoles: 7 days in original sale condition.

• No returns on comics, graphic novels, trading cards, gift cards, digital items, apparel, food/drink, graded products, or supplies.

• Sale items are final.

Refunds

• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (2–7 business days) or store credit if refunding original payment method is not possible.

• PayPal refunds after 6 months will only be issued as store credit.

• Rare cancellations may incur a 5% restocking fee.

Cancellations & Pre-Orders

• All sales are final; no cancellations once placed.

• Release dates, covers, and product details may change—these are set by publishers, not us.

Warranty & Damages

• 30-day warranty on defective items (repair or exchange; store credit if unavailable).

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage (include photos).

• Minor printing or bindery defects within NM- 9.2 standards aren’t considered damage.
